Who is behind GetMallorca and the conditions for using this website and the app.
In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), these are the details of the owner of this website. GetMallorca is a trade name.

What GetMallorca is
A guide and app for travellers to live Mallorca like a local: experiences, events, hand-picked places and a planner for your stay. It is free for travellers. Local providers of experiences, and hotels and holiday homes that offer it to their guests, also use it.
Terms of use and privacy
Using the website and the app means accepting these conditions and the terms of use. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and code of GetMallorca belong to its owner. Do not copy them without permission; quoting and linking to our pages is welcome.
Photos belong to their authors, who are credited on each photo. If a photo is yours and you do not want it here, or the credit is wrong, write to info@getmallorca.com and we will remove it or correct the credit as soon as we have checked it.
Third-party information and links
We check what we publish, but opening hours, prices, events and rules can change without notice: confirm with the place or the organiser before you go.
Experiences booked on GetYourGuide or with local providers are a contract between you and them. Some links are affiliate links: if you book through them we may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Palma, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts of your place of residence.
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies if you accept them: those of Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_<id>, from Google Ireland Ltd.), which keep a random identifier for up to 2 years so we can count visits and see which pages are used most. If you reject them, Google Analytics is not loaded and we delete them.
The website and the app also store on your device what they need to work: your language, your trips and plans, what you have opened and your choice about cookies. This is used only to make the app work, not to track you.
