The Franco-American vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant and the New Orleans pianist Sullivan Fortner have played together for many years. Their duo is featured by a profound and subtle exploration of jazz standards, French ‘chanson’, and pop music, dealing with the theme of the changing nature of love and nostalgia from the aesthetics of jazz.
