Cocktails with a good vibe
Cocktails in Mallorca have come a long way: there are bartenders working with island herbs, citrus and liqueurs, and small bars that will mix something to order if you tell them what you like. For a good atmosphere, go after 10:30 pm, when they fill up, and sit at the bar if you can: that's where you see the craft and get the best advice. Some are speakeasy-style, with a discreet door and booking recommended at weekends; others have live music or a DJ. A signature cocktail usually costs around €12–16.
