- From 16 March to 31 October, every hour from 10:00 to 17:00, except 13:00.
The visit takes an hour: a walk among stalactites and stalagmites that ends at Lake Martel, one of the largest underground lakes in the world, with a live classical music concert and the crossing of the lake by boat or on foot, all included. 2026 prices: €18.50 online and €19.50 at the ticket office; children aged 3 to 12, €11.50 online and €12.50 at the ticket office.
The caves are in Porto Cristo and you visit in a group, at the time printed on your ticket: there are no guided or self-guided tours. It takes around an hour, including about ten minutes of concert, and the route has steps and a few slippery stretches because of the humidity, so wear comfortable flat shoes. Inside it's 17 to 21 °C all year. You can take photos without flash, but not during the concert.
In 2026 an adult ticket costs €18.50 online and €19.50 at the ticket office (children aged 3 to 12, €11.50 and €12.50); you can buy up to 30 days ahead, and in summer it's worth doing so. According to the caves themselves, the quietest tours are the first of the morning and the last two of the afternoon. Parking is free and the entrance is about 200 metres away: arrive 15 minutes early. Afterwards, Porto Cristo harbour is a quarter of an hour's walk.
