Booking a table for dinner
If you have a dinner in mind, book: in season good restaurants fill up days ahead, especially Thursday to Saturday, and fine-dining ones weeks ahead. Most take bookings on their website or by phone, some on WhatsApp; many ask for a card and charge for no-shows. People dine late here, between 8:30 and 10 pm, so at 8 you'll find more room. If you want a view, ask for a specific table when you book. Here are the places that are really worth booking.
