Plaça d'Espanya
Llucmajor Fairs and Sant Miquel
View in the app · free, no sign-upThe Llucmajor fairs date back to 1546; in 2026 they marked 480 years. They start on 29 September, the feast of Sant Miquel, the town's patron saint, with the Primera Fira: the Cavallets Cotoners (hobby-horse dancers), xeremiers, gegants (giants), ball de bot and the town band around Plaça d'Espanya and the church of Sant Miquel. Then come several Sunday fairs along Passeig Jaume III (crafts, bargains, antiques, a giants' gathering) up to the Darrera Fira, the last and biggest, with the Mostra Ramadera showing native sheep, dogs and birds, and the Monday of Es Firó. The Mostra Llucmajorera fills the town on that final weekend. Tip: Sant Miquel's day is the most traditional; for the Darrera Fira, arrive before 10:00 and park outside the centre.
