Tramuntana in a Vintage Convertible 4x4 (12 h)

A vintage open-top 4x4, the old-school kind, for the whole day and without a guide: you drive the Serra de Tramuntana, stop at whichever viewpoints you like and head down to the coves for lunch. The car is the point: noisy, full of character and well looked after, and small enough to park almost anywhere. The only review, a 5, recommends the 12-hour option, because getting from the pick-up to the villages worth seeing (Valldemossa, Deià, Sóller, Fornalutx) with a few stops makes 4 hours too tight. It is a plan for people who enjoy driving; on a rainy or very hot day, pick another one.
