Olivar Market Visit & Mallorcan Cooking Workshop
A four-hour morning that starts at the Mercat de l'Olivar, Palma's biggest market: an hour going round the stalls with your teacher, then a three-hour workshop to make a seasonal Mallorcan menu, ending with a meal together. Groups are of eight people at most and it runs in English and Spanish. It scores 4.9 on GetYourGuide, and people praise how much the teacher knows and how good everything turns out. It's the most Mallorcan cooking experience on the list. The downsides: it still has few reviews, and it isn't recommended for children under 10.
