Moltak

Set inside a 17th-century flour mill in the heart of Palma, Moltak is more than a cooking class. It's a Mallorcan table to share. Over about 3 hours, local chefs teach you family recipes made with island produce. Together you cook a 5-course menu of pa amb oli, sobrasada, Spanish omelette, paella and crema catalana, with local wine included. Groups are small and the cooking is hands-on, with time to slow down and enjoy. You arrive as strangers and leave as cooking friends.
