It stocks several kinds of salt cod, olives, pickles, anchovies and marinated boquerones, and its speciality is the gilda, the skewer of anchovy, olive and guindilla pepper. They pour wine and vermouth, and the owner, a trained chef, cooks tapas and small dishes at weekends; on weekdays it’s mainly a shop. Open Monday to Saturday 7:30am–2:30pm.
