View in the app · free, no sign-upNikki Beach Mallorca, part of the beach-club brand born in Miami in 1998, opened in 2012 on Calvià beach in Magaluf, about 20 minutes from Palma. Everything is white: beds and sofas under umbrellas, a pool framed by palms and pines and an open-air restaurant with a Josper oven, run by chef Alex Gullberg. The most-ordered things are the Sushi Boat for 6 to 8, the raw bar with oysters and caviar, and the prawn and lobster tacos. Resident DJs play with live sax and drums, and its big nights are the White Party in summer and the Red Party in September.
