Sunset BBQ at an Organic Finca with Mallorcan Food

A Mallorcan-style dinner on an organic finca, outdoors, at the hour when the sun goes down over the fields. It opens with the classics of a local table, vegetable coca, olives and bread with aioli, and moves on to the barbecue: botifarró, sobrasada, pork loin, belly, ribs and chicken, with baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables. It is around two unhurried hours, with island wine and long tables, to taste the sausages and meats eaten on Mallorca's fincas. It is new and has no reviews yet. A good way to end a beach day, especially in spring and summer; if you don't eat meat, ask first.
