Arrels by Marga Coll

Arrels is Mallorcan chef Marga Coll's restaurant at the Hotel de Mar in Illetas, facing the sea. She brings the approach of her Miceli restaurant in Selva: the most traditional flavours of Mallorcan cooking, revisited with produce from the garden and the market. The menu changes daily and is served as a seven-course tasting menu, often explained at the table by Marga herself. Its other jewel is the Arrels Breakfast, a five-stage tour of the island's cheeses, cured meats, cocas and pastries. Creativity, presentation and first-rate service.
