Mar Sea Club

The St. Regis Mardavall's sea club: a terrace under the pines at the far end of the hotel gardens, a few metres from the water at Costa d'en Blanes, with sofas, parasols and views to Puerto Portals. You don't need to be staying at the hotel. The kitchen is run by Mallorcan Pau Oliver, who cooked at Tristán and Plat d'Or, with Argentine Diego Quispe, who worked at Mirazur and 108: Mediterranean with a Latin touch, from ceviche and tuna tataki to blue lobster and the arroz a la llauna that arrives on a cork board. Latin cocktails such as a grapefruit Pisco Collins and, on summer days, gentle live music.
