Bar La Sang

Palma's natural wine bar par excellence. Swede Lukas Lundgren and Eritrea Willoughby opened it in October 2019 as a tiny shop-bar on Costa de la Sang, by Plaça de l'Hospital, which gave it its name; it got so popular that it moved to these bigger premises in the Arxiduc neighbourhood, behind Plaça d'Espanya. The walls are lined with bottles from small producers in Mallorca, Catalonia, France, Germany or Austria, all for sale to take home too, and the kitchen makes seasonal sharing plates, often with guest chefs. Monocle and T Magazine have written about it, and Guía Repsol gave it a Christmas Solete in 2025.
