A small museum in an 18th-century Mallorcan house in the middle of Artà, set up in 1927 by locals with a passion for the town's past. It has three parts: archaeology, with pottery, bronze and bone from the area's prehistory, mostly Talayotic; natural history, with birds, insects and shells from the collection of Llorenç Garcías i Font, one of its founders; and ethnology, with Mallorcan clothing and a full set of tools for working palm leaf (llata) into baskets, brooms and rope.
