The town theatre, opened on 1 June 2001 on the site of na Batlessa, a house that Cristòfol Ferrer Pons gave to the council in 1984. Mateu Carrió designed it: a block of local marès stone with a 460-seat hall and a 70-seat studio. It gets about 30,000 spectators a year and books serious theatre, music and dance; in May it hosts Cool Days, an avant-garde festival mixing dance, music, theatre and technology, as well as the Antoni Lliteres classical music festival. Musician Josep Devesa has run it since 2025.
