Bar Nicolás

A cocktail bar with a terrace on Plaça del Mercat, behind the church of Sant Nicolau, which gives it its name. It belongs to Grupo Amida, the people behind La Bodeguilla and BàrBar, and in Palma it's a classic for an after-work drink. The menu runs through the great classics and adds house creations such as the Funky Colada (rum, Angostura, coconut and lime) or De Tokio a Palma, with Hibiki whisky, yuzu and matcha; the bartenders take the gin and tonic seriously. Inside there's a long bar and green walls; outside, tables under umbrellas on the square.
