Forn Fondo

A bakery at Carrer de la Unió 15, right on central Palma's main tourist thoroughfare. It makes traditional ensaimadas in many flavours: fig, cream, chocolate, marzipan or sobrasada. For many they're the best ensaimadas on the island, and the staff are professional and attentive. Old-fashioned quality at very reasonable prices, like the cream and apple ensaimada for under 3 euros that one customer calls a more than fair price.
