Bodega La Rambla
Variats and beers since the 1940s, run by the same family since 1969
View in the app · free, no sign-upA 1940s tavern that for decades was number 15 on La Rambla and now sits round the corner on Via Roma, in a bigger room. Roberto Pérez, a Galician who started out as a waiter, took it over in 1969; his daughter Jero ran it from 1995 to 2022 and the family still does. You come for the variat, Mallorca's mixed plate: the house one has Russian salad, fried squid, octopus fritters, mushrooms and salt cod, and there's a vegetarian version. An old-style bar with beers and loud voices, and a wood-panelled room for a sit-down lunch.
