Forn de Sant Francesc

An artisan bakery and pastry shop with a wood-fired oven at Carrer de Sant Francesc 126 in Inca, specialising in puff pastry and ensaimadas. In 2017 it won the World's Best Ensaimada award. It has few TripAdvisor reviews and they're mixed: some say it's the best ensaimada they've eaten and praise pastries that look beautiful without being overdone, but one complains of an expensive roscón de Reyes no better than a supermarket one.
