View in the app · free, no sign-upThe Llubí bakery that in 2018 unanimously won the best-ensaimada contest held in Palma for Balearic Islands Day, ahead of Can Segura (Muro) and Pastisseria Real. It’s run by Joan Fornari and Antonia, the founder’s granddaughter, and the winning ensaimada came straight from their everyday batch, not one baked for the occasion. It later received the Tradition award at Mallorca’s first Ensaimada Show. You’ll find it at Carrer Sa Carretera 61, an easy stop when crossing the middle of the island.
