Sineu's heart: famous frit Mallorquí and local life on the church square.

It occupies a building at Sineu's railway station, still in service, and from the terrace you watch the trains go by. It opened in early 2025 and calls itself a Mallorcan vermouth bar, cultural space and coworking spot all at once: by day it's the bar for coffee, a beer or a pre-lunch vermouth; some nights there's live music — swing, jazz quartets, the odd vinyl session — and then it fills up. The kitchen is short and homemade. In the morning, Mallorcan frit and pa amb oli (you choose the bread toasted or not); in the evening, the most ordered things are the anchovy brioche, the pastrami and burrata llonguets (small Mallorcan rolls), the croquetas and a smash burger. The dessert the house champions is its own Basque-style cheesecake. Prices are written on blackboards and mirrors around the room, and the menu is in Catalan. It's a young venture and opinions on service and prices are mixed, but in a village with little else of the kind it works well as a place for a drink with music.
