Celler Tianna Negre

The Morey Garau family's winery in Binissalem grew out of an old Manto Negro vineyard in Consell that their mother inherited: the girl playing in the street on the label of Ses Nines, their first wine, is her. It opened with the 2007 harvest in a stone building that works by gravity and runs on solar panels, among vines with the Serra de Tramuntana in front. Today they farm around 55 hectares organically, with Callet, Manto Negro and Giró Ros. There's a terrace for wine by the glass, no booking needed.
