Vandal
Bernabé Caravotta's creative tapas, each with a cocktail to match
View in the app · free, no sign-upVandal opened in Santa Catalina in 2017 and now sits on Plaça del Progrés. It's run by Argentine chef Bernabé Caravotta and sommelier Sebastián Pérez, who came back to Mallorca after stints in big kitchens wanting to break the usual menu. It's travelling small plates on a Mediterranean base with Latin American and Asian touches, and almost every dish comes with a cocktail or wine chosen for it. Most ordered: the ceviche cone with coconut foam, the Bloody Mary oyster and the corn croqueta with Iberian presa and huitlacoche. A dark room, music, and the buzz of dinner with friends.
