Los Patos Restaurant
Mallorcan cooking and fish from the bay.
View in the app · free, no sign-upThe name comes from the setting: Camí de Can Blau, between Port d'Alcúdia and s'Albufera, the wetland of ducks and herons that shapes the landscape and the cooking too. It's a family restaurant serving Mallorcan food, one of the classics of the north, with rustic dining rooms, a renovated covered terrace, a garden for summer dinners, its own car park and a play area for children. The menu is short and island-focused, with off-menu fish depending on the market. Its signature is eel, the Albufera catch, which turns up here in several dishes. The other reason to come is arròs brut, and crisp roast suckling pig (porcella) completes the trio. For dessert, the María biscuit cake, ordered at nearly every table. It's a place for a Sunday-style Mallorcan family lunch, with room to spread out and no hurry to leave; it isn't cheap by island standards, but the produce justifies it.
