Restaurant Jardín Bistró
Michelin chef's refined Mallorcan dishes in a relaxed garden setting.
View in the app · free, no sign-upThis is where it all began: the De Castro family business opened in 1996 in this garden in Port d'Alcúdia and turned thirty in 2026. It's now led by Maca de Castro, whose Michelin-starred restaurant is in the same building, and it's the way to eat her produce à la carte, with dishes rooted in tradition in a summery, polished but relaxed setting: a garden terrace, embroidered tablecloths and cookbooks at the entrance. The difference from upstairs is that here you choose and share, and the interest lies in seeing how a garden-led kitchen handles simple recipes. The steak tartare, with a touch of heat, is the most ordered dish; the pork-jowl tortilla and the leeks in vinaigrette show the house style, and for dessert the ensaïmada, one of the house desserts, ends on a Mallorcan note. There's also a tasting menu with island wines. It's for a summer dinner in good company, more relaxed than the fine-dining room but priced like a serious restaurant.
