S'Entreforc Viewpoint

Dramatic mountain chasm where two torrents meet; raw geological power.

S'Entreforc is the spot in the mountains where the Torrent de Lluc and Gorg Blau streams join to form the Torrent de Pareis, between rock walls over 200 metres high. It's reached on foot from Escorca in just over an hour and a half. The Torrent de Pareis is a spectacular limestone gorge, but continuing down it to Sa Calobra is probably the island's most technical and dangerous route: boulder scrambling, narrow passages and 4–5 hours of hiking.
