Mouna
Marc Galeazzi's organic vegetarian cooking in a Drassana townhouse
View in the app · free, no sign-upA vegetarian restaurant, with vegan options, in an early 20th-century townhouse on Plaça de la Drassana, between La Llotja and the seafront. It shares the building with Espai Buit, a meeting space; mouna means silence in Sanskrit, and the high-ceilinged room with its pebbled floor and armchairs feels like it. In the kitchen is Marc Galeazzi, who works with organic produce from island farmers and cooks with few ingredients, no added sugar or refined salt. A year after opening it earned three radishes from the We're Smart Green Guide, the only place in Palma in 2025. Dishes that keep coming up: roast carrots, artichokes, beetroot ravioli.
