Raimundo Burger

The burger the place is named after, La Raimundo, comes in an ensaïmada bun: it sounds too sweet and isn't, and it's the most ordered dish at this burger joint on Plaça de Raimundo Clar in Sa Gerreria, where it recently moved and gained a terrace on the square. The beef is Galician, the brioche buns are baked in-house and the sauces are their own. It won Best Burger in Mallorca in 2018 and 2019 and competes in the Spanish Burger Championship, for which it created the Carbó-Nara. The menu is deliberately short — the Italian, the Mexican, the American, the Canadian with maple syrup and peanut butter, the New York — and any of them can be made vegetarian; there's also a gluten-free option, prepared with care to avoid cross-contamination. The fun is the burger of the month, which changes and often uses island produce: there's been one with sobrassada for Sant Antoni, another with ensaïmada, and in October 2026 a Basque txuleta of aged beef chop with Idiazabal cheese and guindilla peppers. Sides are ordered separately, and every table has the sweet potato fries and the rosemary-and-Parmesan potatoes; nachos with chilli are the group starter. For dessert, cheesecake or the Oreo brownie. It works well for families and groups: quick, casual and fairly priced.
