Andreu Genestra's Mallorcan cooking, with a good-value lunch menu
View in the app · free, no sign-upAromata is the Palma restaurant of Andreu Genestra, the Capdepera-born chef with a Michelin star at his own place in Llucmajor. It opened in 2014 in the courtyard of a townhouse on Carrer Concepció as a 'window in Palma' for those who couldn't get out east, and in October 2024 it moved into the HM Palma Blanc hotel, with a new kitchen and Matías Stump as head chef. The idea hasn't changed: fine cooking for everyone. At lunch there's a set menu and à la carte with island produce; at night the Aromata, Sentits and vegetarian Verd menus. Known for porc negre suckling pig with ensaimada.
