Don Pedro
Burgers and thin fries on a terrace over Platja d'en Repic.
View in the app · free, no sign-upOn the beach promenade at Port de Sóller, with the sand a few steps away and the bay in front, Don Pedro calls itself a café-bistro, but what comes out of the kitchen, table after table, is burgers. They're 200-gram patties of beef, chicken, lamb, fish or vegetables, served with very thin, crunchy homemade fries and a bowl of salad. The most ordered is the Gallega; the Mediterránea (chicken) and the Pampeana are the other regulars, and there are versions with goat's cheese, avocado or pulled pork. There's gluten-free bread for all of them and coeliacs describe it as a safe bet. Dessert is homemade too: tiramisu and ice creams made on site, including an ensaïmada flavour. To share first, croquetas, nachos or fried squid. It has the feel of a summer terrace, casual and full of families, and one thing locals appreciate: the kitchen keeps serving at Spanish dinner hours, when most of the port has already closed. Come for a good, easy dinner with a view, not for Mallorcan cooking.
