Sóller Farmers' Cooperative

The Cooperativa Agrícola Sant Bartomeu was founded in Sóller on 22 April 1899 with ten members and is considered Spain’s oldest farming co-op; today it brings together around 350 small olive and orange growers from the valley, who harvest by hand because the land is so steep. Its shop, at Carretera de Fornalutx 8, is a supermarket of local produce: fruit and veg, extra virgin olive oil, wine, bread, cheese, olives, jams, pastries and soaps. Open Monday to Saturday.
