A group of young people who left tourism to go back to the land started it in 2019, and today they hand-make cheeses from their own Murciano-Granadina goats, all with edible rinds, including one with carob. In season (from April) they open the farm for guided visits with a cheese tasting and a glass of local wine, plus seasonal meals served out on the farm.
