Church of Sant Bartomeu
Gaudí disciple's Modernist church, where Gothic meets Baroque and a tram passes.
View in the app · free, no sign-upThe church of Sant Bartomeu dominates Sóller's Plaça de la Constitució. Built between 1688 and 1723, with a mainly Baroque interior that keeps elements of its Gothic origins, it gained a modernista façade in 1904 by Joan Rubió i Bellver, a pupil of Gaudí. The interior is lovely, with the stained-glass rose window seen from inside and a calm that contrasts with the tram passing outside. There are QR-code information points.
